♥ When will I get my order?

If your order with YES video, packing takes 5–7 days. And NO video is packing usually takes 2–4 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

♥ Why didn't I get an email after placing order?

When placing an order, please make sure your email address is entered correctly. Also, check your spam or junk folder in case. If everything is correct and you still haven't received the email, kindly contact to us through Inquiry page.

♥ How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and items in your order.

♥ When will my packing video be posted?

If you purchase a video, it's usually posted within 2 weeks after your order. As creating video takes time, it will be posted after your order has been shipped. Thank you for your patience!
